Youth Ministry

FBC Youth is where the High School and Jr. High students are trained to take that next step in their Christian faith through teaching, discipleship, service opportunities, and missions. Come be a part of this amazing ministry, deepen your relationship with God, and make new friends at the same time!

Journey (High School) • 6:30-8:30pm

Come join us on Wednesday nights as we play exciting games, dig into God’s word, discuss current issues, and learn to grow in our faith. We begin together in the Worship Center with the Awana Club at 6:30, join the Jr. Highers for fun and active games, and then head to the Youth Center for the rest of the evening as just us high schoolers.

Trek (Jr. High) • 6:30-8:30pm

Wednesdays are the best! We grow together as we trek through God’s Word each week. We begin together in the Worship Center with the Awana Club at 6:30, join the High Schoolers for fun and active games, and then split off and do our own thing the rest of the night!

We have unique events all summer long, some joint with both High School and Jr. High, some separated for each group. Be in the know, email office@fbcarlington.com for events and dates when summer approaches!

Monthly Events

We do outings every month to get better connected and further develop relationships. It is a great opportunity to invite friends to come hang out with the FBC Youth. Please check out the church calendar or updates on our Facebook page.

Winter Retreat

Join us for our annual winter escape (for High School and Jr. High) to Stonewater Ranch outside Leavenworth. Typically the second weekend each January, Friday through Sunday. There’s snow, great fun, and diving deep into God’s Word. This is an event you don’t want to miss!

VBS Volunteering

Our youth love VBS! They spend the week beforehand decorating the church like crazy for the event, and then help love on the children all week. Our VBS is the last week of June each year.
